Alberto’s Pizzeria & Trattoria offers “Pasta Basta” Chef Recommendation menu of the month. Chef Paolo Collavini has prepared all of these menus with the finest ingredients, these menus will allow you to be pleased with various flavors of authentic Italian from north to south. Starting with Fettuccine Double Cream Alfredo Tossed on Parmesan Cheese Wheel, Ricotta cheese and Spinach dumpling on tomato and basil sauce pecorino cheese, Squid Ink Spaghetti with crab meat, asparagus and yellow cherry tomatoes, Orecchiette pasta and broccoli, anchovies and sausage in Light Spicy tomato sauce, Mixed mushroom tortelloni with four cheese sauce and walnut. These special menus are only available for a limited time, from 3 March to 30 April 2023.

Alberto’s Pizzeria & Trattoria offers “ALBETO’S LUNCH SPECIAL SET” menus with the premium ingredients for you to experience the deliciousness and taste variation of premium Italian food by Chef Paolo. Starting at THB699++/SET. We proudly present 2 premium sets to choose; appetizers, main dishes and desserts. To be tasted these menus in Italian style for lunch Daily, from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM, from 7 March throughout April, 2023 only.
SET A : Appetizer + Main Course + Dessert THB 799++/SET
SET B : Appetizer or Dessert + Main Course THB 699++/SET
