FLAVORS OF TUSCANY

Alberto’s Pizzeria & Trattoria offers Flavors of Tuscany menu. Chef Paolo Collavini has prepared all of these menus with the finest ingredients, these menus will allow you to be pleased with the classic flavors of Tuscany. Starting with Tomato bread soup with ricotta cheese and pistachio, Risotto with Pecorino cheese, black truffle and sausage, Beef tartare with lemon dressing, Pecorino cheese , wild mushroom, Baked ricotta and spinach crepe with cream sauce and pecorino cheese, pan fried pork tenderloin with roast potatoes and pickled cabbage, white wine fennel seeds sauce. These special menus are only available for a limited time, from now to 28 February 2023.

KIDS COOKING CLASS

Alberto’s Pizzeria & Trattoria would like to invite all the children age 6-12 years old to join our cooking class to learn and play through cooking and baking chef’s special pizza !!

only THB 799 net/Kid and

THB 1,399 net for 2 kids.

This course will be run by Chef Paolo, who experienced in cooking over 42 years.

Alberto’s Pizzeria & Trattoria offers BUSINESS LUNCH MENU menus with the premium ingredients for you and all office workers to experience the deliciousness and taste of premium Italian food.

Starting at THB450++/SET. We proudly present 3 premium sets to choose ; appetizers, main dishes and desserts.

These special menus can be tasted in Italian style for lunch every Monday – Friday from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM, from 4 January until February 28, 2023 only.
